Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026.

1. What we collect

When you create an account: your email address and a hashed password (we never see or store your password in plain text). When you use the Service: the names and configuration of the monitors you create, and the timestamps of each check-in your monitors receive. If you upgrade to a paid plan: billing is handled by Stripe — we store a Stripe customer/subscription reference, not your card details.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: authenticate you, run your monitors, and send you an email when a monitor is late or recovers. To bill you, if you're on a paid plan. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

3. Who else sees it (subprocessors)

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service, each of which processes some of your data on our behalf:

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and monitor data for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and its data deleted, email us (below) and we'll delete it, other than records we're required to keep for billing/tax purposes.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for developers and businesses, not children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
